We've served events at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the Indy 500, and we coordinate load-in directly with your venue.
What does the cart need from my venue?
Just a standard 120V outlet and roughly an 8' × 8' footprint. We bring everything else — espresso machine, grinder, milks (plant-based included), syrups, cups, and water. Outdoor events and venues without easy power can usually be accommodated — just ask.
How is coffee catering priced?
Flat, custom pricing based on guest count and service hours — never per cup. Every package includes unlimited handcrafted drinks, decaf and plant-based options, setup, and cleanup. Your quote lands in your inbox within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
For Saturday weddings, conference season, and December corporate parties, 2–3 months ahead is ideal. Smaller weekday events can often be booked within a couple of weeks — send your date and we'll confirm availability fast.
