We serve all of Indianapolis and the surrounding Indiana communities — including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Pendleton, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the metro area, but we do our best to make it work wherever your event is.

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and weekend events during peak season (spring through fall). For events that include custom branding — cart wraps, printed cups, or latte art printing — we recommend 6–8 weeks to allow for design and production. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Our mobile espresso bar needs approximately 8x8 feet of space and access to a standard electrical outlet. We can set up indoors or outdoors (covered) at almost any venue in Indianapolis. We coordinate directly with your venue to confirm everything ahead of time.

A single cart comfortably serves up to 50 drinks per hour with handcrafted quality. For larger events (500+ guests), we can deploy multiple carts with coordinated service teams to keep lines moving and every drink at the same high standard.

Every booking includes: the full mobile espresso bar, all equipment and supplies, skilled baristas for your service window, all specialty coffee beans, milk (regular and plant-based), syrups, cups, lids, setup, and breakdown. Essentially, you hand us a corner of your venue and we take care of the rest.

We bring our own water supply, so no water hookup needed. We do need access to a single standard 110V electrical outlet within about 25 feet of the cart location. For outdoor events without power access, we can discuss generator options.
